Description: The subject of VZ is: a) acquisition of 1,000 tons of lens of large -grained peeled whole (hereinafter also "lens"), b) protecting 1,000 tons of lens. The lens will be the property of the Czech Republic as part of the State Material Reserve. As a contracting authority in accordance with Act No. 97/1993 Coll., On the competence of the State Material Reserves, as amended, it ensures the defense and defense of the state, eliminating the consequences of crisis situations, protecting important economic interests of the state. The Subject of the VZ is divided according to Section 35 of the Act into 5 (five) separate parts, namely: Part 1: supply and protecting 200 tons of lentils; Part 2: delivery and protection of 200 tons of lentils; Part 3: Delivery and protecting 200 tons of lentils; Part 4: Delivery and protecting 200 tons of lentils; Part 5: Delivery and protecting 200 tons of lentils.
