- The subject of this public order is the conclusion of a framework agreement in the field of applied research and innovation for the solution of the program project TITDTACR138 entitled Assessment and evaluation 4.0 - application of modern methods of NLP, AI, statistics and data science, which assumes the future involvement of more participants in the framework dagreements within the individual stages and activities defined by the framework agreement, the project framework and specific performance conditions in the so-called mini-tender. The most suitable participant or participants selected by the provider will fulfill the subject of the public contract in the mini-tender by implementing a research, development and innovation project according to § 2paragraph 2 letter h) ZPVV and become recipients of support according to § 2 paragraph 2 letter c) of the same law. The provider will be listed in the contract as a support provider pursuant to § 2 paragraph 2 letter a) ZPVV.
