• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is the purchase of a table cutting plotter for the Military History Institute of Prague (hereinafter referred to as the "Goods") and its delivery to the Buyer to the place of performance pursuant to Article in paragraph 5.3 of the draft Purchase Agreement. The specification of the required goods is given in Annex 1 to this call "Specification of the required goods". The goods must be new, unused, undamaged, unloaded and corresponding to valid technical, safety and hygiene standards and regulations. In the case of failure to meet the qualification requirements referred to in Article 3 of this call, it is an incomplete offer and the supplier will be excluded before the tenders!
  Client reserves the right to clarify or supplement the data reasonably the provisions of Section 46 of Act No. 134/2016 Coll., On the award of public contracts.
  The Buyer requires a warranty for the quality of the goods in the length of 24 months.
  Purchase price of goods including VAT, and including delivery of goods to the place of performance.
  To this offer submitted within the VZMR must to be attached and completed with the Annex "Proposal of Purchase Agreement", including the Annex "Binding Promotion".
  Detailed operating instructions. Security measures. List Authorized services, including their addresses and phone connections, warranty conditions with all provisions on warranty conditions, including contact connections.
  The buyer is entitled to return before the expiry of the due date without payment An invoice - a tax document that does not contain any particulars or has other defects in the content and in the returned invoice - the tax document must indicate them. The seller is obliged to repair or newly repaired the tax document. By returning an invoice - the tax document ceases to run the original maturity period and runs again from the beginning of the date of its re -delivery to the buyer.
