- The subject of the public contract is the conclusion of the Agreement on the provision of services in the field of waste management, the binding text of which is Annex No. 4 of this procurement documentation, while the subject of the fulfillment of the said contract is the provision of complete services in the field of waste management for the contracting authority, i.e. especially sbcollection, transport, use, sorting and disposal of waste.
The place of fulfillment is the Czech Republic. Specific fulfillment points for waste collection are all cadastral territories of the contracting authority, or the places defined by the list of dump sites, which form Annex No. 7 of this procurement documentation.
