- The subject of the public contract is the introduction of a dynamic purchasing system (DNS) for purchases of diesel fuel. The subject of orders placed in DNS will be the supply of diesel fuel and the fulfillment of other related obligations. In detail, the subject of individual public contracts awarded in DNS, including technical, oboperating and contractual conditions always defined in the call for tenders in the sense of § 141 of the Act. Estimated range of 500 thousand liters per year. 2,000 thousand liters in 48 months.
