- The subject of the Public Contract is the supply of electricity from the voltage level of low voltage (hereinafter referred to as "LV") and high voltage (hereinafter referred to as "HV") for the period from the effective date of the contract (but not earlier than 1/1/2023) to 31/12 2023 for the Principal in accordance with the Decree of the Energy Regulatory Office (hereinafter referred to asen "ERU") No. 540/2005 Coll., on the quality of electricity supplies and related services in the electric power industry, as amended, in the expected annual amount of approximately 80 MWh at the HV level and 250 MWh at the LV level and the related obligation to purchase electricity from the electricity system and taking over the respthe supplier's knowledge of the deviation of the Client from the market operator in the sense of Act No. 458/2000 Coll., on the conditions of business and on the performance of state administration in the energy sector and on the amendment of certain laws, as amended later (hereinafter also referred to as the "Energy Act"), and the decree ERU No. 408/2015 Coll., oElectricity market rules, as amended.
