- The subject of the performance of the VZ (or its individual parts) is the proper provision of services consisting of activities related in particular to forest management in the sense of the provisions of ยง 2 letter d) of the Act on Forests (hereinafter referred to as "forestry activities") within the defined territory. Forestry activities that will be selectedsupplier to perform in the defined territory, include a) cultivation activities incl. supply of planting material and b) mining activities and are specified by the contracting authority in more detail in the ZD and its appendices.
