- The subject of the procurement procedure is the conclusion of a framework agreement without the renewal of the competition, on the basis of which public contracts for services will be awarded.
The subject of the procurement procedure is maintenance of trees - pruning and felling of trees and milling of stumps on land owned and managed by the statutory city of Česke Budějovicece. The subject of the performance of the public contract will be implemented on the basis of a framework agreement concluded with one supplier continuously for the duration of 48 months of the framework agreement or until the total maximum financial value of the works specified in the draft framework agreement is exhausted.
A framework agreement will be concluded with the selected supplieraccording to § 131 et seq. of the Act.
