- The subject of the work will contain three separate documents, namely: ŽST Nymburk incl. transpositions; Line section Nymburk (outside) - Lysa nad Labem (outside); ŽST Lysa nad Labem incl. connection of the so-called Všejanska spojka in the scope of: creation of Documentation for zoning management that specifies the subject of the Work to such an extent thatit was possible to discuss them in zoning proceedings, to obtain valid zoning decisions, and on their basis it was possible to process further stages of documentation; processing and submission of applications for the issuance of zoning decisions pursuant to Act No. 183/2006 Coll., which will result in the issuance of zoning decisions, zoning approvalsbo binding opinions of the spatial planning authority. The Contractor will cooperate in the issuance of relevant decisions until they become legally binding (in the case of submission of an incomplete application, interruption due to missing or defectively processed documents, this is a defect of the Work); processing of notification of intentions according to§ 6 and documentation according to § 8 of Act No. 100/2001 Coll. Conclusions from the EIA processes will be incorporated into the DUR.
