- Description:
- The subject of the public contract is the delivery of a set of new, fully functional and complete equipment for testing, diagnostics and research of hydrogen fuel cells and hydrogen production. The device system must be able to efficiently test both individual cells of the PEM (Proton Exchange Membrane) type and bundles of paliv cells of this type. The device system must enable the measurement of the corresponding electrochemical characteristics in both dynamic and stationary mode. Communication between the devices must be implemented via the EtherCAT protocol.
