Description:
The subject of the public contract is the service consisting in the provision of found repairs (NO) and revisions after 10 years (R10) of artillery equipment 152 mm ShKH DANA vz. 77 of the Army of the Czech Republic, including its groups, subgroups or component units (hereinafter referred to as "service"). It will close on the basis of the procurement procedureon a framework agreement according to the provisions of § 131 ZZVZ with one participant in the procurement procedure, which defines the conditions on the basis of which subsequent individual partial public contracts will be awarded for the provision of services according to the current needs of the contracting authority.
