Description: The subject of the public contract (hereinafter referred to as "GC") is to ensure the exchange of stocks of crystal sugar (hereinafter also "crystal sugar"), ie the supply of 7 316.9 tonnes (+/- 0.1%) of white crystal sugar (hereinafter also "Delivered sugar"), which will be destined for long-term storage, with 7 316,944 tonnes (+/- 0,1%) of lots 2009 (2 365,35 tonnes), lots 2010 (1738,8 tonnes) and lots 2011 (3 212.794 tonnes) of crystal sugar (hereinafter also "collected sugar") from state material reserves, ie. that, from the supplier 's point of view, it concerns the sale of 7 316.9 tonnes of white crystal sugar and the purchase of 7 316.944 tonnes of crystal sugar. The delivered sugar will be the property of the Czech Republic as a part of the state material reserves. The subject of VZ is divided according to § 35 of the Act into 2 (two) separate parts: Part 1: Delivery of 3,374.8 tons of white crystal sugar with collection of 3,374.794 tons of crystal sugar. Part 2: Delivery of 3 942.1 tonnes of white sugar sugar with removal of 3 942.15 tonnes of crystal sugar.
