- The subject of the Public Procurement for Construction Work is based on the construction work of the garden and the irrigation of the garden.
The scope of work:
Demolition, disassembly work
• Removing an existing shed
• Removing determined facade coatings, plasters for selected plinth parts of the main building and garage
• Disassembly of selected tiles sections, curbs, including the base layers
• Disassembly, demolition of existing leveling outdoor staircases
• Disassembly of existing end elements - electro, water
• Adjusting the existing planting/ grassy surfaces/ tiles existing
• Remove the main grassed area, herbicide treatment
• Gross landscaping - irrigation, sump, establishment of staircases
• excavations, grooves for irrigation, electro, staircase establishment
• As part of the preparation of the territory, the terrain will be treated to the design amount (main grassed area), the excess material will be taken to the landfill
Proposed scope of work
• Realization of plasters/repair of existing areas/ Selected Assets
• Establishing off -road staircases
• Implementation of the irrigation system - the installation of the sump, including the infiltration overflow
• Implementation of distribution systems, route solutions of irrigation - connection of sump to existing rain leakage, water area distribution, electrical wiring
• Foundation feet for column luminaires and outdoor socket columns, installation of ground units of irrigation, electro
• Establishment of vegetation surfaces
• Establishing grassy surfaces
• The base layers of paved surfaces, the establishment of curbs
• Implementation of the stepping surfaces, including the installation of staircase boards
• Planting
• Realization of grassy surfaces and laying mulch
