Description:
The subject of the VZ is the acquisition of a total amount of 400 t of table butter (hereinafter referred to as "butter"), its protection and transformation. Butter will be the property of the Czech Republic as part of the state material reserves. The Administration of State Material Reserves of the Czech Republic as the contracting authority ensures, in accordance with Act No. 97/1993 Coll., on the scope of the Administration of Statereserves, as amended, defense capability and defense of the state, elimination of the consequences of crisis situations and protection of vital economic interests of the state. The subject of the VZ is divided into 2 separate parts, namely: Part 1: Delivery, protection and exchange of 200 tons of butter - blocks by weighteven 25 kg/piece. Part 2: Supply, preservation and exchange of 200 tons of butter - 250g cubes.
