- The subject of the VZ is the acquisition of 100 t of natural cheeses (hereinafter also "cheeses") and their protection. Cheeses will be the property of the Czech Republic as part of the state material reserves. The Administration as a contracting authority, in accordance with Act No. 97/1993 Coll., on the competence of the Administration of State Material Reserves, as amended, ensures the giantcapacity and defense of the state, elimination of the consequences of crisis situations and protection of vital economic interests of the state. The subject of the VZ is divided into 2 separate parts, namely: Part 1: Delivery and protection of 50 t of cheese. Part 2: Supply and protection of 50 t of cheese.
