Description:
The subject of the VZ is the taking over of 1,105 t of potato starch (hereinafter also "starch" or "HR starch") and its protection. Starch will be the property of the Czech Republic as part of the state material reserves. The Administration of State Material Reserves of the Czech Republic as the contracting authority ensures, in accordance with Act No. 97/1993 Coll., on the competence of the Administration of State Material Reservesreserves, as amended, defense capability and defense of the state, elimination of the consequences of crisis situations and protection of vital economic interests of the state. The subject of the VZ is divided according to § 35 of the Act into 2 (two) separate parts, namely:: Part 1: Acceptance and protection of 552.5 tons of starch. Byest 2: Taking over and protecting 552.5 tons of starch. The conditions of acceptance and protection are set out in detail in the attached "Draft Contract on Acceptance and Protection" and are identical for both parts of the VZ.
