- Description:
- The subject of the order is the realization of the addition of a new gymnasium building for children's sports education in the existing premises of the 22nd elementary school. The new gym will be directly connected to the existing gym and locker room building and will be inserted into the inner atrium. Disabled access access to the gymnasium will be provided at the level of the main entrance to the school and the first grade pavilion. The extension will be sunk into the ground. The resulting reduced atrium will be cultivated with a rain garden, which, in addition to solving rainwater management, will serve for improvement of the microclimate, it will also be used for educational purposes. This part is followed by residential barrier-free stairs that lead to the upper level of the sports grounds, where a residential area is created for pupils and visitors to the gymnasium. The main mass of the gym is complemented by a lower one mass background and outdoor entrance. In the second part, there is a lower mass of the connecting corridor. Part of the building is a photovoltaic power plant on the roof of the gymnasium. A total of 63 panels are designed.
