Description:
The subject of the VZ is the acquisition of 60 tons of instant mashed potatoes (hereinafter referred to as "mash") and its protection. The slurry will be the property of the Czech Republic as part of the state material reserves. The Administration of State Material Reserves as a contracting authority ensures, in accordance with Act No. 97/1993 Coll., on the powers of the Administration of State Material Reserves, inthe wording of later regulations, defense capability and defense of the state, elimination of the consequences of crisis situations and protection of vital economic interests of the state. The subject of the VZ is divided according to § 35 of the Act into 4 separate parts, namely: Part 1: Delivery and protection of 15 tons of slurry. Part 2: Delivery and Protection 15tons of mash. Part 3: Delivering and protecting 15 tons of mush. Part 4: Supply and protection of 15 tons of mash.
