- The subject of the VZ is: a) acquisition of 600 tons of large-grain lentils (hereinafter also "lentils"), b) protection of 600 tons of lentils. The lens will be the property of the Czech Republic as part of the state material reserves. Administration as a contracting authority in accordance with Act No. 97/1993 Coll., on the scope of the Administration of State Material Reserves, as amended,through material reserves, it ensures the state's defense capability and defense, the elimination of the consequences of crisis situations, and the protection of important economic interests of the state. The subject of the VZ is divided according to § 35 of the Act into 3 (three) separate parts, namely: Part 1: Supply and protection of 200 tons of lens; Part 2: Delivery aprotecting 200 tons of lens; Part 3: Delivery and protection of 200 tons of lens. The terms of delivery and protection are set out in detail in the attached binding proposals "Purchase Contract" and "Contract on the Protection of State Material Reserves" and are identical for all parts of the VZ.
