- The subject of the VZ is the acquisition of 500 tons of plain wheat flour, in bulk (silo), (hereinafter also "MHVL") and its protection. MHVL will be the property of the Czech Republic as part of the state material reserves. The subject of the VZ is divided into 5 separate parts, namely: 1st part of the VZ: Delivery and protection of 100 tons of MHVL, 2nd part of the VZ: Deliveryand protection of 100 tons of MHVL, Part 3 VZ: Supply and protection of 100 tons of MHVL, Part 4 of VZ: Supply and protection of 100 tons of MHVL, Part 5 of VZ: Supply and protection of 100 tons of MHVL.
