Description:
The subject of the VZ is to acquire and protect 300 tons of melted cheeses (hereinafter also "cheeses"). The cheeses will be the property of the Czech Republic (hereinafter referred to as the "HR"). Administration as a contracting authority in accordance with Act No. 97/1993 Coll., On the competence of the State Material Reserves Administration, as amended, ensures, Defense and defense of the state, eliminating the consequences of crisis situations and protecting the vital economic interests of the state.
The subject of the VZ is divided according to the provisions of Section 35 of the Act on 6 separate parts, namely:
Part 1.
2. Part of VZ: Delivery and Protecting 50 tons the cheeses of the melted.
3. Part of VZ: Delivery and protecting 50 tons of melted cheeses.
4. Part of VZ: Delivery and protecting 50 tons of melted cheeses.
5. Part of VZ: Delivery and protecting 50 tons of melted cheeses.
6. Part of VZ: Delivery and protecting 50 tons of cheeses melted.
Delivery and protecting conditions are set in detail in the attached binding proposals of "Purchase Agreements" and "Protective contracts" and are identical to all parts of vz.
