- The subject of the VZ is the delivery of 300 tons of processed cheeses (hereafter also cheeses) and their protection. Cheeses will be the property of the Czech Republic as part of the state material reserves (hereinafter also "HR"). Administration as a contracting authority in accordance with Act No. 97/1993 Coll., on the scope of the Administration of State Material Reserves, as amended, forensures the defense and defense of the state, the elimination of the consequences of crisis situations and the protection of the vital economic interests of the state. The subject of the VZ is divided according to § 35 of the Act into 6 separate parts, namely: 1st part of the VZ: Delivery and protection of 50 tons of processed cheese. 2nd part of VZ: Delivery and protection50 tons of processed cheeses. 3rd part of the VZ: Delivery and protection of 50 tons of processed cheese. 4th part of VZ: Delivery and protection of 50 tons of processed cheese. 5th part of VZ: Delivery and protection of 50 tons of processed cheese. 6th part of VZ: Delivery and protection of 50 tons of processed cheese. The terms of delivery and protection are set out in detail inof the attached binding proposals "Purchase Contract" and "Protection Contract" and are identical for all
