Description:
The subject of the VZ is the acquisition of 600 tons of frozen butter, its preservation and transformation. Butter will be the property of the Czech Republic as part of the state material reserves. The Administration as a contracting authority, in accordance with Act No. 97/1993 Coll., on the competence of the Administration of State Material Reserves, as amended, ensures defense capability anddefense of the state, elimination of the consequences of crisis situations and protection of vital economic interests of the state. The subject of the VZ is divided according to § 35 of the Act into 4 separate parts, namely: Part 1: Delivery, protection and exchange of 150 tons of butter - blocks weighing 25 kg/piece Part 2: Delivery, protection and exchangecurrency 150 tons of butter - blocks weighing 25 kg/piece Part 3: Delivery, protection and exchange of 150 tons of butter - cubes weighing 250 g/piece Part 4: Delivery, protection and exchange of 150 tons of butter - cubes weighing 250 g/piece
