Description:
The subject of the public contract is to purchase 200 t of pasta (hereinafter referred to as "pasta") and their protection. Pasta will be the property of the Czech Republic (hereinafter referred to as "HR") as part of the state material reserves (hereinafter referred to as "HR"). Administration of State Material Reserves as a contracting authority in accordance with Act No. 97/1993 Coll. Reserves, as amended, ensure the defense and defense of the state, the removal of the consequences of crisis situations protection of important economic interests of the state.
The VZ object is divided into 5 separate parts, namely:
