Description:
The subject of the VZ is to buy 40 t salami (hereinafter also "salami") and protect them. As part of the state material reserves (hereinafter also "HR"), salami will be the property of the Czech Republic.
The Subject of the VZ is divided according to Section 35 of the Act into 4 (four) separate parts, namely:
Part 1. VZ: Delivery and protecting 10 tons of salami Durable heat -treated.
2. Part VZ: Delivery and protecting 10 tons of salami of durable heat -treated.
3. Part of VZ: Delivery and protecting 10 tons of salami of durable fermented.
4. Part VZ: Delivery and protecting 10 tons of salami of durable fermented.
Conditions of delivery and protecting They are set in detail in the attached binding proposals of the "Purchase Agreement" and "Treaties on the Protection of State Material Reserves" and are identical to the 1st and 2nd part of the VZ and the same for the 3rd and 4th part.
