• Description:
• The subject of the VZ is the procurement of 2 new diesel refueling containers with a volume of 6 m3 in a tactical unit with 1 new car container carrier CTS 14 t 6×6 ADR. In accordance with § 53 of the Act, the subject of the General Assembly is divided into 2 separate parts. 25-152 Procurement of refueling containers and an automobile container carrier_1. part The subject of the 1st part of the contract is the supply of 2 new diesel refueling containers with a volume of 6 m3 (hereinafter referred to as "KTA"). An integral part of the delivery is also operator training, namely in scope and under the conditions set out in Appendix No. 2a ZD (draft contract for the 1st part of the VZ). The delivery also includes the provision of warranty inspections for the duration of the quality guarantee (hereinafter referred to as "warranty inspections") according to Article II, paragraph 2 of the draft contract - Appendix No. 2a ZD, namely only if requested by the supplier. The contracting authority requires that the KTA offered by the participant is fully compatible with the CTS 14 t ADR container car carrier, the delivery of which is the subject of the 2nd part of the RFP. This fact is confirmed by the participant with an honorable mention statement, which will be an attachment to the offer (point 7.2.11.2.
