• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is the preparation of complete project documentation for the construction of sidewalks called "Chodník Smetanova", all in length from the border of the parcels of land. No. 972/1 and 532/6 c.ú. Velké Popovice along Nové Habří Street, Smetanova to the park lot. C. 467/4, where the design of parking spaces will also be part of the project. A detailed specification of the subject of performance is given in the complete study of the sidewalks of Velké Popovice (Appendix No. 1 of the draft contract), in which specific sections 3A, 3B, 2 and 6 are marked and designed. The documentation includes the processing of complete project documentation for the implementation of the construction (hereinafter referred to as "DPS"), including engineering activities, i.e. ensuring the statements of the relevant state administration bodies (DOSS) and network administrators, obtaining the consent of network owners, documents for any property law negotiations, filling out and submitting an application for a building permit, including a statement of measurements for the selection of a contractor and a control budget. Furthermore, cooperation during the selection procedure for the contractor, including the subsequent performance of copyright supervision.
