- The subject of the performance of the public contract is to carry out the necessary surveys, the elaboration of the documentation for the authorization of the intention (hereinafter referred to as the "DPZ"), the execution of the engineering activity necessary to ensure the issue of a final decision on the authorization of the project, elaborate documentation for construction, incl. inventoryConstruction work, supplies and services with a bill of diameter (hereinafter referred to as "DPS"), the performance of engineering activities necessary for proper discussion of the PCB for the construction called "33. Elementary School - Multifunctional Sports Hall - DPZ, DPS" (DPZ and DPS together as "PD" or "Project Documentation"). The performance also includesPerforming all necessary surveys (eg IGHG, Radon).
The subject of the project preparation is the project of the new building of the gym for the purposes of the 33 elementary school, Terezie Brzkova 31, PlzeΕ. The area in question lies in the administrative territory of the city district of Pilsen 3 in the cadastral area of ββSkvrΕany on the western outskirts of the city on the landowned by the Statutory City of Pilsen No. 2176/428 with an area of ββ7.119 m2 (other area, greenery). The whole area is defined as built -up. The new building is to create a multifunctional sports hall, three regular school classrooms and a residential roof for school club activities. HallIt should be located in the existing school area and follow the existing area, including the entrance from the parking lot and the pool.
