The subject of this public contract is a two-poton polymer printer for printing micro and nano 3D structures. The delivery includes two high -resolution printing lenses, including basic substrates and printing polymers. The assembly will consist of a fully functional technological unit including SW For conversion of models and transmission of printing tasks.
The purpose of the required device is to prepare prototypes in the area of micro-optics, micro-fluids, AFM probes, micro-mechanics and MEMS.
