Description:
The subject of the performance is the processing of the spatial planning documentation of the region - the 7th update of the Principles of Territorial Development of the Usti Region (7aZUR UK) defining the change of the corridor of road I/13 in the Klašterec nad Ohři - Chomutov section. and remotec, Prague on 3 August 2022, in accordance with § 42a of Act No. 183/2006 Coll., on spatial planning and building regulations (Building Act) as amended. The subject of the 7aZUR UK proposal, which is being prepared using a shortened procedure, will be the delineation of the VPS corridor for the newly planned route of the road alignment based on new documentsI/13 in the Klašterec nad Ohři section (from the connection to the future Klašterec nad Ohři bypass) - Chomutov (after MUK Nove Spořice with road I/7)" and cancellation of the existing corridor VPS - e9 defined in valid ZU UK.
