Description:
Type and subject of public contracts entered into in DNS Public contracts awarded in DNS will be public contracts for supplies according to § 14, paragraph 1 of the ZZVZ. The subject of public contracts awarded in DNS will be the supply of new Samsung mobile devices in the Enterprise edition. The subject of delivery of public contracts entered in the established DNS must be exclusively new and unused mobile phones, originating from official distribution and intended for use in the Czech Republic. The subject of public procurement will further be the registration of devices to Samsung Knox Admin Portal to the submitter's account. A detailed description of the subject of public contracts awarded in the DNS, in particular the type of mobile phones required, will always be defined in detail in individual calls for tenders pursuant to Section 141 ZZVZ. The contracting authority may in the Call to submit a bid in public contracts awarded in DNS, require a written sworn statement from the supplier that it is a business partner within the Knox Deployment Program. The contractor will require a type of partnership for the sale of mobile phones including theirs registration on the Samsung Knox platform. This requirement will be defined in detail in individual calls for tenders pursuant to § 141 ZZVZ.
