• Description:
• The Moravian-Silesian Region (hereinafter referred to as the "central contracting authority") conducts the procurement procedure in the capacity of central contracting authority pursuant to § 9 paragraph 1 letter b) ZVZZ for the account of commissioning contracting authorities, which are entities established or established by the Moravian-Silesian Region, especially in the field of healthcare. (hereinafter also referred to as "authorizing contracting authorities"). Due to the nature of the supplies, the central contracting authority will not procure these supplies even for its own needs. The purpose of this procurement procedure is to introduce a dynamic purchasing system (hereinafter also "DNS"). DNS will be introduced for a period of 4 years. The central contracting authority subsequently assumes the awarding of public contracts in the DNS at predetermined intervals depending mainly on the needs of the authorizing contracting authorities. The subject of the public contract is the supply of medical and disinfectant supplies means and material, including transport according to the current needs of the authorizing contracting authorities.
