- The subject of the procurement procedure is the introduction of DNS for the awarding of public contracts in the DNS for the supply of surgical instruments for operating rooms, procedure rooms and ambulances of the Olomouc National University Hospital.
Dynamic purchasing system means fully electronic management for routine purchases according to the operational needs of the contracting authority. DNS implementationdoes not oblige the supplier to use it when awarding public contracts for a given subject of performance.
The aim of the contracting authority is to have a wide range of suppliers who will be invited to submit bids for the implementation of individual partial public contracts and thus ensure, for the duration of the DNS, continuous awarding inpublic contracts for the supply of surgical instruments in such a way as to ensure the maximum effectiveness of the funds spent and the reliability of the delivered supplies.
DNS is not divided into categories in the sense of the provisions of § 138, paragraph 1 ZZVZ.
