Description: The subject of this tender is to conclude a framework agreement with three (3) suppliers to ensure the purchase of media space for marketing communication. In accordance with Section 132 (3) of the Public Procurement Act, the contracting authority states that the public contract will be concluded on the basis of the framework agreement with the renewal of the competition between the participants of the Framework Agreement (Section 132 (2) (a) of the ZZZ). The subject of the fulfillment of the VZ is to ensure services that consist in the purchase of media space for advertising campaigns Vozp on television, radio, periodic printing and outdoor and indoor media (so -called out of home media, as well as "OOH"), incl. Additional service consisting in detailed planning, communication with end providers of advertising time and space, handing over graphic and audiovisual documents of the contracting authority, production and installation of printed materials for OOH advertising carriers, monitoring the course of audiovisual campaigns.
