Description:
The subject of the public contract is to ensure professional capacities for the provision of operations support, incident solutions and provision of professional capacities for the necessary changes and adjustments according to the development and project requirements for information systems on the SAP platform.
This is primarily a provisionThe following:
a) Provision of traffic support and incident solutions concerning information systems on the SAP platform (hereinafter referred to as the "system"), namely:
A1. in the area of Sap Pi, Mon, HR, (hereinafter referred to as "support I");
A2. in the SAP SAC/BW, BC (hereinafter referred to as "Support II").
(Support I and Support IIas "support")
b) provision of professional capacities for consultants for the necessary changes and modifications of the system according to the development and project requirements of the client or end customer (hereinafter referred to as "Development Services");1 Framework Agreements, which consists of Annex 4 of the tender documentation.
