Description:
The subject of the work is to carry out continuous repairs and maintenance of roofs in buildings with which the contracting authority is to manage jurisdiction, ie in the buildings of Prague Castle and Lány Castle. These include, in particular, the solution of local damage or unforeseen accidents of a smaller extent caused mainly by weathering and similar effects, repairing and replacing the covering, tinsmith elements and local repair of truss structures. These are preparatory and engineering work, demolition, insulating, carpentry and tinsmiths, as well as laying layers, coatings, auxiliary construction work, construction and disassembly of scaffolding, etc. Work will be placed on the basis of partial orders according to the current needs of the contracting authority. The subject of the work is specified in detail in the itemized contractual price list, which consists of an integral part of this written call as Annex 1, and a sample budget for the annual execution of this contract compiled exclusively for the purposes of evaluation based on the expected volume of work. This sample budget in any direction does not establish the scope or frequency of individual works that will be entered on the basis of the concluded contract in the future) and further in the Terms and Conditions of the contracting authority.
