- The subject of the public order is the supply of the most modern photoemission system for the study of the surface electronic structure of quantum materials with spatial resolution and energy resolution. The ΞΌARPES system will operate in UHV conditions and will include a facility for micro-electron momentum analysisscopic level, a magnetically shielded analysis chamber made of Mu-alloy, a modern observation camera providing a very high signal-to-noise ratio, a "load lock" sample exchange system, a high-performance UV light source with a microfocusing beam size and a sample space with the possibility of cooling up to heatthat of liquid helium.
