Description:
The subject of the public contract is the supply and installation of the ducking line for the production of flat hardened glass. The shelter must ensure: - Kalking glass with a thickness of 4-19 mm, - types of hardened glass: float, low -e, printed ceramic colors, mirror glass, plated. The ducking line consists of 4 parts: 1) The loading roller conveyor of the loading section is used to load the glass into a dumping furnace, its inspection and deployment. It will be separated from the remaining production premises and must be adapted for this department. In the loading section there will be a panel for entering parameters and checking processes. The section must require minimal maintenance. 2) The warming furnace heating furnace consists of two sections - lower and upper, and its design allows opening to check and service individual parts of the furnace. The individual sections consist of warming elements and insulation. 3) The cooling section of the cooling section ensures sharp cooling of the glass to complete the hardening process.
