Description:
The Ministry for Regional Development of the Czech Republic (hereinafter referred to as "MMR" or "contractor"), in accordance with the provisions of § 33 of Act No. 134/2016 Coll., on the award of public contracts, as amended (hereinafter referred to as "the Act"), announces a preliminary market consultation to determine the possibilities of securing a risk signaling tool exsanction warrant (hereinafter the instrument), in connection with the obligations imposed on subsidy providers and public procurement providers in connection with the Act on the Implementation of International Sanctions (Act No. 69/2006 Coll., as amended) and further in connection with relevant European legislation ( especiallyRegulation No. 833/2014, Regulation No. 269/2014 and Regulation No. 208/2014, as amended), and other related legal regulations.
