Description:
The subject of the public contract "The acquisition of dynamic weights of the diagnosis of the poisoning vehicles" is:
a) making project documentation for authorizing the construction of transport infrastructure (PCB), which specifies the subject of the work to such an extent thatPermitting the project (building permit) pursuant to Act No. 283/2021 Coll., Building Act, (hereinafter referred to as the "Building Act"), including the opinion of the notified entity in the stagemaintenance. b) Processing and submitting an application for the issue of the authorization of the project according to the Building Act, including all required documents, which will result in the issue of the authorization of the project (building permit). The Contractor will cooperate in the issue of the relevant decisions in their legal force.
c) Performance performancedesigner when making PDPS.
d) Making an update of the project project according to the rules of preparation and implementation of transport infrastructure events funded by the State Fund of Transport Infrastructure (hereinafter referred to as the "rules of MD"). The Client reserves the scope of this performance as a change in the contract in accordancewith the provisions of § 100 para. The Contractor will implement the performance on the basis of the client in order to exceed the expected investment costs of 10 % or in the case of fundamental changes in the technical solution of the construction.
