It must enable workersm ICT department solving and documenting daily operational tasks and sharing and maintaining information related to IT infrastructure. It must provide critical information for IT resource recovery planning and budgeting and help manage business risks of legal or regulatory retributionassociated with the use of illegal software in the company. Including test and trial operation. Including the provision of SW support for the duration of the contract.
