Description:
Acquisition of the Information System of Electronic Records of Litigation (IS EESS)

Description of the contract: migration, testing, system modifications, system documentation, training and provision of necessary user and ownership rights and related services (hereinafter referred to as "Dilo"), b) implementation of changes to the Work before its completion in the range of up to 100 man-days, c) provision of administration services and maintenance (service services) of IS EESS and d) provision of development services of IS EESS, the limit of the number of man-days for development services is set at 50 man-days per year, with the possibility to transfer unused quantities of these man-days to the following calendar year. The subject of performance is described in detail in the Draft Contract, which is Annex No. 1 ZD, especially in Article III. Object of the contract. The subject of this public contract is not the supply of hardware.
