Description:
The subject of the public contract is divided into 2 parts in accordance with § 35 ZZVZ, namely:
PART 1: Robotic operating system including consumables for the robotic operating system (internal number VZ: 2023_017_01_00)
PART 2: Operating table for robotic surgery ( internal VZ number: 2023_017_02_00)
The subject of the public contract for part 1 is the supply of 1 robotic operating system according to the purchase agreement and also the supply of consumables for the robotic operating system based on partial orders according to the framework purchase agreement concluded for 4 years. The detailed technical specification is given in the appendixe No. 1 a) procurement documentation (Technical specification for part 1) and in Annex No. 2 procurement documentation (Consumables for the robotic operating system).
The subject of the public contract for part 2 is the supply of 1 operating table for robotic surgery, which will be compatible and systemically connectedcomplete with a supplied robotic operating system to ensure mutual communication and synchronization of movements. The delivery of the robotic operating system is the subject of part 1 of this public contract. The detailed technical specification is given in Annex No. 1 b) of the tender documentation (Technical specification for part 2).
Devices and consumables must meet the minimum technical conditions specified by the contracting authority in the technical specification for individual parts of the public contract.
