The subject of the public contract is divided into 3 parts in accordance with § 35 ZZVZ, namely:
PART 1: Surgical laser (internal number VZ: 2023_032_01_00)
PART 2: Digital operating microscope (internal number VZ: 2023_032_02_00)
PART 3: Operating microscope (internal number VZ: 2023_032_03_00)
Detailed technicalThe specification is given in Annex No. 1 a), b) and c) Technical specification for parts 1, 2 and 3. The devices must meet the minimum technical conditions specified by the contracting authority in the technical specification for individual parts of the public contract. For parts No. 1, 2 and 3, it applies that within the technical parameters oflisted in Appendix No. 1 a), b) and c) of the tender documentation is for parameters that are not defined max., min. or range, a deviation of 10% from the required fixed value is allowed.
