Description:
The subject of the public contract is divided into 5 parts in accordance with the provisions of § 35 ZZVZ, namely:
PART 1: Anesthesiological device (internal number VZ: 2023_031_01_00)
PART 2: Monitoring system (2) and transport monitors (4) (internal number VZ: 2023_031_02_00)
PART 3: Hemodynamic monitor (internal number VZ:2023_031_03_00)
PART 4:Ultrasound device for KAR (internal VZ number: 2023_031_04_00)
PART 5:Ultrasound device for Neurology (internal VZ number: 2023_031_05_00)
Detailed technical specification is given in Appendix No. 1 a), b), c ), d) and e) Technical specification for part 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5. Devicethey must meet the minimum technical conditions specified by the contracting authority in the technical specification for individual parts of the public contract. For parts No. 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, it applies that within the scope of the technical parameters listed in Annex No. 1 a), b), c), d) and e) of the tender documentation, parameters that are not defupdated max., min. or range, a deviation of 10% from the required fixed value is allowed. according to § 41 of Act No. 375/2022 Coll., on medical devices and diagnostic medical applicationsthird parties in vitro, as amended by later regulations (hereinafter referred to as the "Medical Devices Act"),
