Description:
(nature and quantity of works, supplies or services or indication of relevant needs and requirements) Supply of medical devices, equipment and facilities for Karlovarska regional hospital, a.s., hospital in Cheb, K Nemocnici 17, Cheb. These are items T-1105_Resuscitation bag, T-1302_Steethoscope, T-1305_Mercury-free tonometer (digital), T-1307_Non-contact thermometer. The detailed specification is given in the ZD.
The subject of the public contract (VZ) is the supply of new medical devices, furniture and other equipment and facilities in connection with the implementation of the construction "Karlovarska krajska nemocnice a.s. - HOSPITALin Cheb - Completion of the revitalization of the hospital complex in Cheb". The subject of this procurement procedure is part 61, 62 and 63, see Article II.2) Description below. VZ includes the delivery of devices, equipment and facilities to the destination, its assembly, installation, disposal of packaging and waste, commissioning, demonstration of functionalityand operator instruction. The subject of performance also includes the provision of warranty service for the duration of the warranty period. The detailed scope of delivery and conditions of performance are given in the ZD.
