• The subject of this public order is the provision of a user license (license) for a period of three (3) years, with regular annual payment, to the software products of Microsoft Corporation and related services performed by the provider for the customer in the framework of the implementation of the multi-license agreement Microsoft Enrollment for Education Solution (according to EES contract only) and Microsoft 365 Business Standard licenses. The subject is full A) delivery of the Microsoft 365 EDU A3 product (rental license), i.e. the following licenses are provided: 1) (AAD-38391) M365 A3 Unified Edu Sub Per User 2) (AAD-38397) M365 A3 Unified Edu Sub Student Use Benefit Per User and providers of related services. This product will include a minimum of: 1. Windows 11 Education E3 2. Office 365 A3 3. EMS E3/Enterprise Mobility + Security E3 (security and management) Intune, Azure a Advanced Threat Analytics 4. Minecraft Educations Edition 5. Benefits: i. Authorized use of the Enterprise CAL Suite functionality requires the installation of an unlimited number of server products and the use of access CAL licenses for Exchange Server, Sharepoint Server, Skype for Business Server. ii. Access CAL license for Windows Server, System Center Configuration Manager, System Center Endpoint Protection. iii. First, install the Office Professional Plus version on one device of the licensed user instead of Office 365 Pro Plus; iv. Prvo install Windows 11 Education, Windows 11 Enterprise or Windows 11 Pro instead of Windows Education E3; v. First install and 5 copies of the Office 365 Pro Plus application on the home computers of students and employees; vi. First install on the home device of the student upgrade to Windows 11 Education; vii. First use the old version of the product for the evening, contractually licensed, Microsoft portfolio, excluding online services.
