Description:
The subject of the public contract is:
1) Execution of the Work, which includes:
a) Development and handover of the implementation project, which will contain a detailed proposal for the implementation (i.e. introduction) and integration of
software equipment into IS VZP ČR (hereinafter also referred to as " Implementation project" or "IP").
b) Delivery of software equipment, i.e. a package solution of the electronic attendance system.
c) Carrying out the implementation of software equipment into IS VZP ČR incl. the necessary configuration, customization and integration to the surrounding IS systems
VZP ČR.
d) Delivery of relevant relatedi documentation, namely project documentation, user documentation, administrator documentation,
installation documentation and communication interface documentation.
e) Training of administrators and users to the necessary extent.
(hereinafter all also referred to as "Work")
2) Provision of licenses:
i.e. providing authorization to exercise the right to use the software equipment implemented in IS VZP ČR as a whole (hereinafter referred to as "EDS") including
relevant documentation, i.e. providing the licenser/sublicense (hereinafter referred to as "license"), within the scope and content set by contract, namely
including the same othe right to use all new versions of EDS, updates (upgrades/updates/patches) and Modifications, which the client obtains according to
the contract, and which will have the character of an author's work. Provision of licenses includes:
