Description:
The subject of the public contract is the processing of project documentation for the issuance of a building permit for the dismantling of the existing unused cremation oven and the installation of a new oven, as well as the dismantling of the existing unused cremation oven, including the provision of ecological disposal, and the supply and installation of a new cremation oven forthe glow of human remains. The basis for processing the project documentation is the passport of the crematorium building drawn up by designer Martin Červeny in 10/2018, which is attachment No. 8.
Part of the contract is also securing the statement of the relevant state administration bodies (the building is subject to protection as a national immovablei cultural monument) and network administrators and ensuring the issuance of a building permit. The preliminary statement of the National Institute of Monuments is Annex No. 7 of the procurement documentation.
The installation of the new cremation oven will be preceded by construction modifications and preparations for connecting the oven technology, which are also part ofi public contracts.
The subject of the performance of the public contract is specified in more detail in the PD for the selection of the supplier prepared by Ing. Sheet. by Vladimir Kapička in 05/2022, which is attachment No. 5, and in the technical specification of the new furnace, which is attachment No. 6.
