Description:
The subject of the fulfillment of the public contract (delivery) is the acquisition of a new transport car in the "Z" (basic) category, the chassis category 1 "road traffic", with a total weight of up to 3,500 kg (hereinafter referred to as "DA"). The final recipient of the subject of performance of the contract is the SDH Roztoky u Prague unit. The car must meet All technical requirements listed in Annex 3 of this tender documentation (technical conditions for a transport car). The car will be delivered to the place of performance of the contract pursuant to Article 4 of this tender documentation, with all the necessary documentation. Minimum Documentation Procedure Requirements: - Technical Card For traffic on roads - operating, operation and maintenance of the subject of performance of the contract - service books - warranty and delivery notes - documents on compliance with the operation of vehicles on roads in the Czech Republic - documents on fulfillment of all conditions according to the relevant technical standards and legal regulations, especially according to Act no. No. 22/1997 Coll. on technical requirements for products, as amended, and other, with this Act related to generally applicable legal regulations (eg a declaration of conformity of the car and equipment) to prove that the subject of the contract meets Conditions of Decree No. 35/2007 Coll. on the technical conditions of fire equipment, as amended by Decree No. 53/2010 Coll.
